Leases and renewals
As the head Leaseholder, Bluesummer Properties represent the resident in an NDIS supported accommodation home. Our Property Officers are the Landlord's first point of contact for all matters relating to the tenancy.

Property maintenance
Landlords enjoy the professionalism and expertise we provide in ensuring the upkeep of their property.
From commencement to vacate, your property will be maintained, restored and improved during the entire lease.
To create a home that suits the resident's special needs, Bluesummer Properties work with NDIS providers to modify and improve the property. These changes aim to increase the property value and when we vacate our properties, we ensure:
- Any interim and agreed upon stipulations are followed
- Removal of our property from the premises
- A general vacate restore is completed
- All payments are reconciled.
Bluesummer Properties also maintain routine servicing schedules, to ensure:
- Safety switches tested by trained staff
- Professional cleaning is completed on a routine basis
- Preventative maintenance of air-conditioning units
- Fire safety equipment is in place and compliant, this includes smoke alarms, fire extinguishers and blankets
- Routine yard maintenance schedules are completed as negotiated with our Property Officers.
Our Property Officers carry out routine inspections during a tenancy so the property is well cared for and there are no maintenance or health and safety issues.
