We have a variety of roles in our team, some of the positions include:

Property Officer

Property Officers work a property portfolio managing the property in the best interest of the landlord while supporting the resident to enjoy all the benefits of their new home.

While achieving a busy workload, Property Officers perform routine procurement inspections and diligently complete entry and exit checklists to assist with an easy transition of bonds and rental agreements.

Inspections are carried out frequently on all properties to ensure that the landlord's assets are being maintained to a professional level, including lawn maintenance and agreed services.

Technical Fleet Officer

Coordinates the servicing and technical maintenance of vehicles to a high standard through to completion.

Fleet Officer

Fleet Officers coordinate vehicles across our serviced regions. The Fleet Officer works on trends and best practice for fleet solutions.

Projects Manager

Overseeing, coordinating and purchasing Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA) builds across various locations to supply Client specific housing solutions for people with disabilities.

Leasing Officer

Coordination of rental and leasing documentation to assist Clients to have a smooth transition into our properties. The Leasing Officer provides General Tenancy Agreements/Rooming Agreements, Special Terms and Centrepay so that rent payments are easy and affordable.

Maintenance and Coordination Officer

Coordinates the servicing and maintenance of properties to a high standard through to completion and invoicing.

Trainees in Cert III Business Administration

Trainees are offered a variety in tasks supporting them through all aspects of the business and administrative functions.
